1 cup peach slices
1 1/2 cup nectarine slices
1 ounce lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup apple juice, unsweetened
1 cup cranberry raspberry juice
1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
Combine the nectarines and peaches in a food processer until smooth.
Transfer the puree to a mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice and honey.
Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator.
Boil the two juices, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves over medium-high heat. When the juice mixture is brought to a boil, change the heat to low and continue to simmer for 5 additional minutes.
Use a strainer to remove the spices and then allow the juice to completely cool.
Stir the juice mixture and fruit mixture together. Place in the refrigerator, covered, for a minimum of 2 hours.
