6 eggs
6 ounces cream cheese (3/4 package), room temperature
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pinches of black pepper and cayenne pepper
1 cup shredded Italian cheeses
Peat an oven to 350°F.
In a food processor or blender, combine the eggs and cream cheese until thoroughly mixed.
Add the spices and salt and mix again.
Grease a 9x13 pie pan and cover the bottom of the pan with the Italian cheeses.
Add the egg and cream cheese mixture to the pan, making sure it evenly covers the bottom. Bake for about 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove from oven and add desired toppings. Bake until done, usually another 15 minutes.
