Ingredients

  • 1 package low fat graham crackers

  • 8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup cold skim milk

  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • 1 box instant vanilla flavored pudding mix

  • 8 ounces fat free whipped topping

  • 1 can lite cherry pie filling

Directions

  • Arrange the whole graham crackers in a 9x13 pan.

  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft. Add the milk and lemon juice and beat until smooth.

  • Stir in the pudding mix and fold in the whipped topping.

  • Spread 1/2 of the filling over the graham crackers and add another layer of graham crackers. Cover with the remaining filling

  • Spread the cherry pie filling on top.

  • Serve as is, or refrigerate overnight to soften the crackers.
