1 package low fat graham crackers
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
1 cup cold skim milk
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 box instant vanilla flavored pudding mix
8 ounces fat free whipped topping
1 can lite cherry pie filling
Arrange the whole graham crackers in a 9x13 pan.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft. Add the milk and lemon juice and beat until smooth.
Stir in the pudding mix and fold in the whipped topping.
Spread 1/2 of the filling over the graham crackers and add another layer of graham crackers. Cover with the remaining filling
Spread the cherry pie filling on top.
Serve as is, or refrigerate overnight to soften the crackers.
