2 packages frozen broccoli stems
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 ounce) package pepper jack cheese, cut in cubes
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook the broccoli in a skillet with a small amount of water.
Drain the broccoli well and transfer to a casserole dish.
Add the eggs on top of the broccoli.
Mix the cream of celery soup and pepper jack cheese cubes.
Spread the cheese mixture on top of the broccoli and eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
