One 3-inch loaf of whole-grain baguette, sliced into 12 1/4-inch slices
6 anchovy fillets, rinsed and patted dry
2 ounces gouda cheese, thinly sliced
12 green grapes, sliced in half
Cut the baguette into 12 slices that measure approximately 1/4-inch. Lay the slices on a nonstick baking sheet. While prepping crostini, preheat an oven to 375 degrees.
Rinse and dry the anchovies before chopping. After dicing, the anchovies should create a thick paste.
Individually smear each slice of bread with anchovy paste and then add slices of cheese and one sliced grape to the top of each piece.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes before serving.
