1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup milk free margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water
Set an oven to 350˚F.
Place the apple pie filling evenly onto the center of each tortilla and dust with cinnamon.
Fold the tortillas into a circular tube and put them seam side down on a greased baking pan.
Combine the margarine, white and brown sugars, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and stir continuously for 3 minutes.
Drizzle this sauce over the tortillas and dust with more cinnamon.
Bake the enchiladas for 20 minutes.
