2 tablespoons oil
1 (16 ounce) package fresh or frozen (thawed) snow peas
1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Add the oil into a large skillet and stir fry the mushrooms and snow peas together for 2 minutes.
Mix together the cornstarch, bouillon, water and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Add the mixture to the skillet and bring to a boil.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until thick.
