2 plantains
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Cut the unpeeled plantains in half lengthwise and then place in baking pan peel side down.
Melt the butter and combine it with the cinnamon and maple syrup.
Pour this mixture on top of the plantains.
Cover the pan with foil and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove the peel and serve warm.
