1 large banana, halved and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Combine all the ingredients in a nonstick skillet, cooking over medium heat until the cranberries begin to soften. Stir occasionally.
Remove from the heat, and cool for 15 minutes. Serve in bowls and garnish with low-fat whipped cream, fat-free sour cream, or low-fat yogurt if desired.
