1 can of low-fat vegetarian refried beans
4 whole-wheat tortillas
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup guacamole
Combine beans and chopped garlic, heating in a pan or microwave until warm.
Heat a tortilla for 30 seconds on each side in a skillet until warm and soft.
Spread garlic and bean mixture on tortilla.
Top with lettuce, green onions, salsa, and guacamole.
Fold the bottom of tortilla upward toward the center, then roll edges around the filling.
Repeat for each tortilla. Serve immediately.
