1 cup salsa
1 14.5-ounce can refried beans
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 avocado, chopped
3/4 cup sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 premade pizza crusts
Heat an oven to 425 degrees F.
Divide the can of refried beans between the two pizza crusts, spreading evenly on each. Add 1/2 cup of salsa on each crust, layering over the beans.
Layer the cheese, onion, and pepper on top of each pizza crust and sprinkle with the cumin.
Bake for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Before serving, garnish with chopped cilantro, avocado, and sour cream.
