1 can (15 ounces) unsalted green beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) unsalted wax beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) unsalted kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) unsalted garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup white onion, chopped
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Sugar substitute, if desired
Mix the beans and onions together in a large bowl and stir gently to mix evenly.
Whisk the orange juice and vinegar together in another bowl. Add sugar substitute, to preferred sweetness level.
Pour the orange juice mixture over the bean mixture and stir to coat evenly. Let stand 30 minutes. Serve in the large serving bowl or spoon into individual bowls.
