1 quart blackberries
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup corn syrup or honey
1 cup pancake mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup non fat milk or water
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Heat an oven to 350 degrees F.
Using non-stick spray, grease an 8x8 baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, mix the berries with the salt, corn syrup, and flour.
In another mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons sugar, milk, and pancake mix.
Pour the pancake mixture over the berries and sprinkle the remaining sugar on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
