2 cups cereal
1 cup raisins (or other dried fruit)
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup applesauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly.
Grease a baking pan or with cooking spray and add the mixture.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
When done, cut to desired size bars and cool.
