6 cups boiling water
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
36 ounces apricot nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine the boiling water, mint leaves, and tea bags in a large pitcher that is heatproof and let steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and mint.
Cover the tea and let it stand for 1 hour. Stir in the apricot nectar and the vanilla.
