1 grapefruit
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons shelled and finely chopped pistachios
Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F.
Cut the grapefruit in half. To keep the grapefruit halves from rolling around, use a knife to cut a thin slice from the bottom. Be careful not to expose the grapefruit flesh.
Using a paring knife, separate grapefruit segments. This is optional and can be done by running the knife between the inner flesh and the white pith located between the flesh and rind.
Place both grapefruit halves on a baking sheet.
Top both with the honey and pistachios.
Bake for 15 minutes.
