4-5 drops vanilla-flavored stevia
½ medium banana, mashed
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
Beat the egg whites, yogurt, and vanilla stevia together until fluffy. Add the banana, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flax. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
