1 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons flaked coconut
1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-sugar orange marmalade
Various fruits, such as melon, pineapple, apples, pears, blackberries, strawberries, kiwis, etc.
If using pears or apples, toss the slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Combine the yogurt, coconut, and marmalade in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
