1 cup low-fat vanilla-flavored yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 tablespoons low-fat crushed graham crackers
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Pour a thin layer of frozen berries into two small glasses.
Add yogurt to cover the berries and repeat layering berries and yogurt to the top of the glass. Top with graham crackers and nutmeg.
