Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized star fruits, trimmed and each sliced into 8 stars

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

  • 2 cups sugar free, gluten free, fat free, vanilla-flavoredfrozen yogurt

Directions

  • Preheat an oven broiler. Spread out the 16 star fruit slices on a baking sheet. Brush the star fruit slices with lemon juice and sprinkle with brown sugar. Broil the star fruit for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. While the star fruit is broiling, divide the frozen yogurt between 4 bowls. Place 4 broiled star fruit slices on each serving of frozen yogurt and serve immediately.
