1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup artificial sweetener
1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 egg whites
1 cup mashed bananas
¼ cup applesauce
Preheat an oven to 350ºF.
Lightly grease a bread pan. In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients including flour, sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Stir in the egg whites and applesauce.
Finally, add the mashed bananas and stir until well combined.
Pour the batter into the greased pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Insert a toothpick into the center of the loaf and make sure it comes out clean.
Place the loaf onto a wire rack and allow to cool before slicing.
