1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4-1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups crisp rice cereal
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat an oven to 350°F.
Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl, beat the brown sugar, white sugar, and butter until combined. Mix in the honey, vanilla, and egg.
In smaller bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture. Beat until thoroughly combined.
Stir in the almonds, chocolate chips, oats, and raisins by hand.
Pour into the greased pan and press firmly to flatten. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool and cut into 16 squares.
