2 four ounce skinless chicken breasts
2 whole grain hamburger buns
¼ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup hot sauce
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
Lettuce and tomato for topping
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Mix the salt, pepper, and bread crumbs together in a bowl. Put the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to flatten them to an even thickness. Coat the chicken with the bread crumb mixture.
Put the chicken in a greased baking dish and lightly spray the top of the chicken with cooking spray. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and no longer pink inside.
Add the hot sauce, butter, and vinegar to a plastic sandwich bag or airtight container and mix. Add the cooked chicken to the bag or container and shake so that it is coated. Toast the buns on a grill or hot pan.
Top the toasted buns with the chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes.
