1 head romaine lettuce
2 cups croutons
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 lemon, juiced
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Wash, dry, and chop the romaine lettuce. Put the lettuce in a large serving bowl, top with parmesan cheese, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, crush 6 croutons then add the garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and then slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is creamy.
Top the romaine lettuce with the remaining croutons and dressing and toss.
