16 ounce frozen mixed vegetables
1/3 cup celery, sliced
1/3 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 can creamed corn
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Add the water, vegetables, celery, and onion to a large stockpot. Cook for 15 minutes and drain any excess water.
In a sauce pan add the margarine and blend with the flour. Slowly add the milk, corn, and cheese.
After the cheese is melted, add the cheese mixture into the large stockpot. Salt and pepper to taste.
