4 light string cheese sticks
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup panko bread crumbs
2 egg whites
1 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Set the oven temperature to 375°F. Using cooking spray, generously spray a baking sheet.
Slice each cheese stick in half. Place flour on a plate and roll each piece of cheese in the flour.
Add breadcrumbs and Italian herb seasoning into a resealable bag or a container with a tight fitting lid.
Put 2 egg whites in a shallow bowl. Begin by taking one floured cheese stick and roll it in the egg whites. Using the other hand, place the cheese stick into the bag or container. Shake to coat the cheese stick and then place the cheese stick on the baking sheet. Repeat process on the remaining cheese sticks.
Using cooking spray, spray each cheese stick. Bake the cheese sticks for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
