2 medium zucchini, washed and sliced
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F.
Arrange the zucchini slices on the bottom of a pie pan. Add the diced tomatoes on top.
Sprinkle the salt, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and tomatoes. Leaving uncovered, bake for 35-40 minutes.
