4 banana peppers
2 slices bacon
3 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
1 diced tomato
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
½ cup Japanese bread crumbs
Preheat a grill to medium heat.
Cut the ends of the banana peppers and remove the seeds.
Cook the bacon until brown and crumble into small pieces.
Mix the bacon with the Gouda cheese, diced tomato, cilantro and breadcrumbs.
Stuff each banana pepper with the mixture and tightly wrap in aluminum foil.
Place on the grill and cook for 10 minutes with lid closed.
