1 and 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons no-calorie sweetener
1 cup skim milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Cooking spray
Add the flour, baking soda and sweetener in a bowl and mix.
In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, and vanilla. Then pour the wet mixture into the flour mixture and beat together. Add the cinnamon to the mixture.
Use cooking spray to coat a skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/3 cup of batter on to the skillet. Cook until both sides are light brown.
