16 ounces nonfat cottage cheese
4 ounces lite whipped topping
3 ounces sugar-free gelatin mix (any flavor)
1 can of mandarin oranges
1 can of crushed pineapple
Add dry gelatin dessert mix to the cottage cheese and stir until well blended.
Drain the fruit and add to the cottage cheese mixture.
Stir in the whipped topping. Let stand for 15 minutes. Serve chilled.
