2 ½ cups shredded turkey
4 6-inch tortillas
1 papaya, seeded, peeled, sliced
3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
¼ cup almonds, sliced
Creamy curry dressing
In a large bowl mix the dressing with the turkey. Allow the mixture to chill in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
Set an oven to 350 degrees F, wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil, and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the tortillas and increase temperature to 400 degrees F. Place each individual tortilla in a custard bowl and bake for another 10 minutes.
Allow the tortillas to cool and add the turkey, papaya, kiwi, and almonds inside the tortilla bowl.
