1 2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup fat-free evaporated milk
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine
12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
14 large marshmallows
Using cooking spray, grease an 8" x 8" pan.
In a sauce pan, mix together the evaporated milk, sugar, and margarine and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
Mix in the marshmallows and chocolate.
Remove the sauce pan from heat and stir the ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
