1 cup basmati rice
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 ounces sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 1/2 ounces golden raisins
1 1/2 ounces chopped unsalted pistachios
Boil the rice in the milk in a large nonstick pan over medium heat.
Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture condenses.
Add the heavy cream, coconut milk, sugar, and cardamom.
Cook on a medium heat until the mixture condenses again.
Remove from heat and garnish with raisins and pistachios.
Serve warm or cold.
