1-pound white or crimini mushrooms, stems removed.
8 ounces blue cheese
3 medium onions sliced
¼ cup olive oil
Preheat a grill. Fill each mushroom cap with blue cheese. Place onion slices and mushroom with cheese side up on the grill and turn onion slices occasionally.
Grill until the cheese has melted and the mushrooms and onions are tender. Top the blue cheese mushrooms with the onions.
