3 3/4 cups garbanzo beans, drained but reserving some liquid
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
Dash of salt
1 tablespoon diced jalapeño pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Pour all ingredients into a food processor and blend them together.
