1/3 cup whole-wheat bread crumbs
8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoons black pepper
Cooking spray
Set oven temperature to 375°F.
Pour the bread crumbs into a shallow dish. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper into the shallow dish and mix.
In a bowl, place chicken and hot sauce together and mix.
Using cooking spray, coat a baking sheet with a light layer.
Place a few pieces of chicken at a time into the bread crumb mixture. Shake it a few times to coat the chicken evenly. Using one hand, place the chicken onto the baking sheet. Repeat until all the chicken has been coated.
Bake the chicken for 10 minutes, Turn over the chicken pieces and bake for another 8 minutes or until cooked.
