1 cup water
1 bag vegetarian ground beef substitute
2 medium raw onions
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped (optional)
Sautee the onions and jalapeño (optional).
Add the vegetarian ground beef substitute, taco seasoning, ranch dressing mix, and water to the sautéed onions.
Without draining, add the remaining ingredients (pinto beans, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes with green chilies).
