5 cups cauliflower, cooked
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds
1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped or diced
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
1 cup hardboiled eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Boil the cauliflower in water in a pot until soft. Stir well to mash. Place in the refrigerator to cool.
When chilled, add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve cool.
