1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons cinnamon chips
2 tablespoons sweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup mix of dried berries and cherries
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the oats, flour, walnuts, chocolate and cinnamon chips, berries, cherries, sunflower seeds, brown sugar, flax seeds, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring well.
Transfer to the baking dish, smoothing into an even layer.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool for 10 minutes, then remove with the parchment paper and cut into 10 equally-sized bars.
