1 pound extra-lean (≥90%) ground beef
1 medium onion (1/2 cup chopped)
1/2 package (1.25-ounce) gluten free chili seasoning mix
1 can (28-ounce) diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 can (28-ounce) crushed tomatoes
1 can (15-ounce) spicy chili beans (undrained)
1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate (coarsely chopped)
8 soft corn tortillas
In a large pot, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is brown, then drain.
Stir in chili seasoning mix, crushed and diced tomatoes, and beans. Heat until boiling.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to blend flavors.
Stir in the baking chocolate and cook until melted.
Serve with corn tortillas.
