4 cups sliced strawberries
1 small box sugar-free vanilla-flavored pudding mix
2 cups water
1 small box sugar-free strawberry flavored gelatin mix
In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of water and the contents of the sugar-free vanilla pudding mix.
Place the bowl with the ingredients in the microwave oven for 3 minutes.
Carefully remove the bowl and stir the contents thoroughly using a whisk.
Microwave for an additional 3 minutes or until the contents are boiling.
Following the second microwave session, add the contents of the sugar-free strawberry gelatin mix.
Stir all the combined ingredients thoroughly enough to dissolve the gelatin mix. Place aside to let it cool.
In a pie dish, place the 4 cups of sliced strawberries, and gently pour over the cooled contents mixed previously.
Place the prepared dish in the refrigerator and let it cool.
