Crust
1 1/2 cups fat-free pretzels, crushed
1/4 cup margarine
Filling
2 cups low-fat sweetened condensed milk
1 cup frozen strawberries, pureed
1/2 cup lime juice
1 cup fat-free whipped topping, thawed
To prepare the crust, mix the crushed pretzels and margarine in a large bowl until the margarine is evenly distributed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish, and place in the refrigerator to chill.
To prepare the filling, combine the sweetened condensed milk, pureed strawberries, and lime juice and mix well. Carefully fold in the whipped topping and pour this mixture into the chilled crust.
Freeze for at least six hours, preferably overnight.
