6 cups strawberries, hulled
1 carton strawberry yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup sweetener
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Coat a muffin pan with cooking spray.
Combine the strawberries, strawberry yogurt, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth. Pour this mixture into the greased muffin pan and cover with foil, pressing around the edges of each muffin cup until circles appear.
Poke a bamboo skewer into the center of each cup. Freeze the pan for at least 3 hours.
