1 1/2 cups cooked bulgur
1 1/2 cups cooked beluga lentils
1/2 cup minced sweet onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Cracked black pepper
Combine the cooked bulgur and lentils into a large bowl. Mix the vinegar, onion, oil, parsley, garlic, and oregano together in a small bowl. Pour this mixture into the bulgur and lentil mixture.
