2 teaspoons stevia powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup water
1 cup almond flour
½ cup soy flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
Beat together the eggs, stevia, vanilla and water.
Combine the mixture with the almond flour, soy flour, salt, baking soda, and arrowroot powder.
Spray a skillet with non-stick spray and heat over medium heat.
Pour the batter on skillet in about 3-inch circles.
Heat until small bubbles appear or the underside is browned, then flip over and cook until other side is also golden brown.
