1 cup long-grain rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground savory
1 chicken bouillon
2 cups hot water
