8 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons oregano
4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skinned
4 lemons, thinly sliced
16 black olives, pitted and sliced
Set an oven to 350°F.
Combine the garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano in a bowl and stir.
Coat the chicken with this seasoning mixture.
Put a layer of lemon slices at the bottom of a 13x9-inch dish.
