1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
1 teaspoon chili powder
4 ounces green chilies, chopped
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup salsa
Spray a medium frying pan with cooking spray and heat on the stovetop over medium heat.
Sprinkle the chicken with chili powder.
Add the chicken to the frying pan and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes each side, or until no longer pink.
When the chicken is cooked through, turn heat to low and top the chicken with the green chilies.
Heat until the chilies are warm then add the cheese on top of the chilies.
Cook until the cheese is melted and serve immediately with salsa.
