1-5 green chilies, chopped with the seeds removed
1 inch ginger root, peeled and chopped
4 garlic cloves, crushed
5 tablespoons coconut, creamed
3-4 coriander leaves
4 mint sprigs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch caster sugar
3 limes, juiced
Place all the ingredients except the lime juice in a blender jar.
Blend until a paste forms.
Add the lime juice and mix thoroughly.
Serve with vegetable pakora, samosa, or potato roll.
