Ingredients

  • 4 bananas

  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips or carob chips

  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries

  • 1/4 cup chopped peaches

  • 1/3 cup granola

  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  • Preheat a grill.

  • Holding the banana with curve facing up, slice the banana lengthwise through the peel but not through the bottom.

  • Leaving the peel on, fill the banana with desired combination of remaining ingredients.

  • Place each banana on aluminum foil, and fold the foil over the banana.

  • Grill the bananas for about 10 minutes. Allow to slightly cool before serving.
